It's all about the packaging

I didn't introduce juice to my kids until Danny started school. Then Holden had a constipation problem so we had to give him juice. Now Holden is addicted. IF he catches me watering down juice he will scream. He loves juice boxes but I've been trying to limit him to one a day. He opens the refrigerator himself and tries to serve himself. A couple weeks ago I bought some of the kids flavored waters and kool aid 10. Both have less then 2 grams of sugar and come in a juice box container. You would never know the difference and Holden is happy as can be and I'm sure our Dentist will be too tomorrow as well.
